Essex Home Tech Specialists provide friendly, patient help for people who want to feel more comfortable using technology at home. We understand that not everyone feels confident with computers, phones, or the internet, and that’s perfectly okay. Our role is to make technology feel approachable, useful, and manageable never rushed or overwhelming.
Full Enhanced DBS Certified, we support people of all ages, particularly those who consider themselves non-technical or who may have had frustrating experiences in the past. Whether you’re just getting started with a smartphone, need help using email or video calling, or want to feel safer browsing the internet, we take the time to explain things clearly and at your own pace. There’s no jargon, no pressure, and no such thing as a silly question.
